The Izu Plateau is blessed with mountain delicacies from the highlands, as well as seafood and ingredients from the waters around Izu. For dinner, we offer kaiseki cuisine that takes advantage of the abundance of seasonal ingredients.

We offer everything from sake and wine to original cocktails. Additionally, please feel free to make requests such as “a wine from the birth year of your loved one.”

There are 3 types of breakfast to choose from, grilled dried fish Japanese breakfast, brown rice porridge which is gentle to your stomach, or if craving for bread, Western style is the one for you.
We also welcome guests who only wish to have lunch.

This is a course meal where you can taste the changing seasons of Japan, focusing on ingredients from Izu. You can enjoy your lunch while gazing at the garden and the forest.
